SELF CARICATURE

It's been a while since my last attempt at drawing myself so I thought I'd give it it another shot. Not sure I've quite pulled it off but i think I've made myself look slightly more human than I did in my last attempt!

TIMOTHY SPALL

This guy is another one of my favorite actors. If you ever get a chance to see his performance in Mike Leigh's 'Secrets and Lies', you'll be blown away.
It was his appearance in the recent release 'Enchanted' that prompted me to do this drawing.

CHARACTER DESIGN

This a pen drawing, digitally rendered as sent in for this week's Toon Weekly Character Design challenge.
A theme is set every week and the task is to design a character based around it. This week's theme was 'Rock Stars' and this is what I came up with. It was great fun as it gave me the opportunity to strut my favorite air guitar poses.

ANOTHER XMAS GIFT!

As a lifelong Liverpool supporter, this was a painful one to do. The man in the middle is a friend of mine, Michael 'Slev' Slevin, flanked by Cantona and Keane.
All grudges aside, you have to hold your hands up and say that they're both legends. The man in the middle is a legend in his own special way!!

Fun stuff

For whatever reason he wanted to have that pose where he's looking off into the distance, wearing a tuxedo shirt and a cape.(I drew long sleeves before realizing that he meant a tuxedo T-shirt)

THE BEST NIECE IN THE WORLD

That heading should earn me at least a few brownie points!!
This is my niece Aimee and the drawing was a part of her Christmas present this year. She was dead pleased with it. As you can see, she's something of a music fan and should have her first full opera composed by the time she's 12.
The cat in the picture is Maxwell who belongs to my lovely wife Karen (I'm saying all the right things here!!!) and I.
